Description:
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, performing structural repairs, and preparing surfaces for painting. The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification, experience in crash repairs, and a strong focus on quality and safety.
Job Duties:
Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods.
- Remove damaged panels and repair or replace parts as needed.
- Perform body alignment using frame machines and other equipment.
- Sand, fill, and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Maintain workshop tools and ensure safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification.
- Proven experience in panel beating or crash repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
